This website

This site has no contact forms, no customer accounts, no login and no advertising trackers of our own. The map in the "Visit the shop" section is provided by Google, which may set cookies in your browser and run its own code there. You can read every page without submitting information directly to the shop.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request details in order to serve the pages, keep the site secure and report errors. The shop does not use this information for advertising or for building profiles of customers.

WhatsApp links

Some buttons on this site open WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp merely because you visited — WhatsApp opens only if you choose to tap one of those buttons, and nothing reaches us until you send a message.

The map

The "Visit the shop" section shows a map provided by Google. The map loads from Google when you reach that part of the page. Google may then receive your IP address and set cookies in your browser in line with its own privacy practices, which we do not control.

When you contact the shop

If you message us, we receive what you choose to send: your name and phone number, your messages and any photographs, the products you ask about, and — if you want delivery — your location or address.

If you call us, we receive your phone number and any information you choose to provide during the call.

We use that information to:

• answer your enquiry and confirm availability and price
• agree and fulfil your order
• arrange delivery
• issue your receipt or tax invoice
• handle returns, exchanges and manufacturer-warranty claims
• keep our business records and meet our legal and tax obligations

Who can see it

Access to the shop's WhatsApp messages is currently limited to the owner. Some order and delivery details are also written down in the shop's own records, offline.

WhatsApp is provided by a third party and has its own privacy practices, which we do not control. Cloudflare and WhatsApp may process information outside Oman, in line with their own privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep information only while there is a reason to. Ordinary enquiries that never lead to an order are kept while reasonably necessary to answer and follow up the enquiry. Records of orders, invoices, deliveries, returns and warranty claims are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, legal and dispute-handling purposes.

Your rights and how to use them

You can ask us to:

• give you access to, or a copy of, the information we hold about you
• correct information that is wrong or out of date
• delete information we no longer need to keep
• stop or suspend our use of your information, where that applies

Send your request as a written message on WhatsApp to +968 9439 7333, telling us what you are asking for. We will decide and respond to your request within 45 days after receiving it. Some records we may have to keep where the law requires it.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date above.
